By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive customer care messages from Venus Mobile Hearing, Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”) and these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

SMS Messaging Service

Customer care messages may include appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about hearing aids. Message and Data Rates may apply.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out. Messages will only be sent in response to your incoming SMS messages or requests. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries but would not be expected to exceed 4 messages per month. Venus Mobile Hearing, Inc reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Venus Mobile Hearing, Inc and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
